北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产价值及其评估研究

北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产是中国对奥林匹克运动许下的新愿景，这一愿景具体在《北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产战略计划》的7项遗产、35项内容之中得以体现，它们既是对未来遗产的多元创造，也是对既有遗产的夏冬延续。根据历届OGI报告、奥组委官方政策文本与"一续二全三跨"原则，确定北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产的评估要求，并以定量与定性结合分析法、KPIs、风险评估法、成本效益分析法为指引，打造一个凝聚新理念、汇聚新模式、融合新方法的奥运遗产价值评估的"北京方案"。  相似文献

Abstract

This opening article examines the relationship between community sport and social inclusion in research and practice. We discuss the notion of community sport, its multifarious meanings and diverse applications in different parts of the world. We further explore the conceptual and practical links between community sport and different conceptions of social inclusion. In doing so, the article draws together key themes, issues and debates addressed in the collection of articles in this special issue. “三个转型”综合改革：新时代世界一流体育大学发展的历史选择

摘要：新时代是我国发展新的历史方位，体育强国、教育强国、健康中国三大战略为世界一流体育大学提出了新的更高要求。为此，北京体育大学提出了“三个转型”综合改革，以推进世界一流体育大学建设和高水平竞技体育后备人才培养基地建设，为国家培养勇担新时代体育事业发展重任的优秀人才。为实现上述目标，应在深刻认识“三个转型”改革提出的背景基础上，深入理解“三个转型”的内涵与目标，全面推进“三个转型”综合改革，为新时代体育、教育事业贡献北京体育大学的力量。研究背景包括：1）新时代是“三个转型”的历史坐标，2）强国战略是“三个转型”的现实依据，3）创新模式是“三个转型”的客观需要；“三个转型”分别是：1）全面推进从传统经验型体育大学向现代科技型体育大学转型，2）从以夏季项目为主的体育大学向夏季冬季项目全面发展的体育大学转型，3）从本土化体育大学向国际化体育大学转型，其目的是实现两大办学目标：1）把北京体育大学建成中国高水平竞技体育后备人才培养基地，2）把北京体育大学建设成为世界一流体育大学；为了实现“三个转型”转型及其目标，必须准确把握“办大学与建基地、文化传承与科技创新、立足中国与放眼世界”三个维度及其核心关键问题。  相似文献   

科技人力资本视角下杰青科学家资助年龄对资助效果的影响——以杰青基金地球科学项目为例

[目的/意义] 杰青基金实施25年来，资助者年龄呈大龄化趋势发展，深入分析该现象对完成杰青基金的影响，对未来杰青基金管理具有重要意义。[方法/过程] 研究以1994-2018年杰青基金地球科学项目为研究对象，构建科研论文产出效率、创新能力和学术影响力三个评价指标，提出"科技人力资本投入-科研产出"理论模型及假设，采用DID模型克服样本选择性偏误所导致的内生性问题，验证理论假设，实现对杰青基金资助年龄异质性的研究。[结果/结论] 实证结果表明：杰青科学家大龄化趋势日趋严重，存在明显的45岁现象；杰青基金实施20年中，支持"资助年龄越大，资助效应越好"假设的比例较低；三个评价指标维度，资助效应最大且资助年龄在39-42岁之间的年份在杰青基金实施20年中所占比例最大。因此，无论从杰青基金设立宗旨、还是从评估结果来看，都应该避免杰青科学家大龄化趋势，扩大对中低龄优秀青年人才的资助。  相似文献   

新规则视角下男子跆拳道技战术发展趋势——以世界冠军李大勋为例

文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、视频分析法和数理统计法，对李大勋在重大国际赛事中的交手回合、基本技术、组合技术的应用频数以及成功率等指标进行统计分析。根据2018-2019年度世界跆拳道联盟公布的最新奥运积分显示，李大勋拥有605.94个奥运积分且高于第二名将近300余分，目前世界排名第一，其技战术风格具有一定的代表性。结果显示：李大勋在比赛中习惯采用前腿侧踢与前腿横踢技术进行主动进攻、控制距离、防守破坏、封堵迎击；利用后腿横踢技术进行补充击打；灵活使用中变中、中变高等变线技术突破对手；新规则后近身贴靠时攻防转换技战术变化多样，"推+踢"技术运用巧妙，增加了其得分手段。分析认为，在实施新规则的比赛中李大勋结合判罚尺度与分值的变化，优化了进攻方式，增加了得分手段，提高了时局节奏，同时反映出现阶段跆拳道项目技战术发展趋势。  相似文献   

Analytical attractions and the techno-continuum: Conceptualising data obsessions and consequences in elite sport

The proliferation of sports science and technological innovation within performance settings has precipitated the generation of increasing volumes of data to aid athletes. Copious data production has also perpetuated the privileging of scientific information, and a ‘thirst’ for ‘more data’ as an unproblematic ‘truth’. Of significance is not merely the use of technology for the production of data-for-data's sake, or the utility of data for a greater cause (e.g. the good of the team), but the quest for personalised data for individual athletes to be analysed, and reflected upon ad nauseam. Furthering scholarship on disciplining bodies, we argue that increased technological consumption, and the related excessive quantification of athletes’ bodies via data production, adds further insecurity into performance sports work. Finally, attention is given to the cultural step-change new techno-dispositions may now present.  相似文献

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对冬季项目跨界跨项选材问题进行辩证分析。认为，2022年北京冬奥会、政府专项政策导向及国内外成功的跨界经验，为我国开展冬季项目跨界跨项选材工作提供了重要的机遇和支持，但跨界跨项选材任务艰巨、冬季项目人才缺口大、运动员培养时间不足、跨界跨项风险大等问题也不容忽视。为进一步做好跨界跨项选材工作，为我国冬季项目持续发展提供充足的人力支持，应积极落实国家政策，做到科学跨选；依托同项群项目选材，跨用传统优势项目人才；抓住冬奥发展机遇，尽快建立完善的人才培养体系。  相似文献

The determinants of the intention to continue voluntary football refereeing

Competitive sports require a regulating body of referees to enforce the rules for the effective operation of the game. However, the number of referees is generally decreasing, leading to organisational problems at the amateur level. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that determine the intention to continue voluntary refereeing in the context of football in Germany. Combining several concepts as predictors, including both the antecedents and the experience of volunteering, in this study, the authors extend the understanding about volunteers’ intentions to continue their activity and address the research gap regarding the analyses of specific volunteer groups such as referees. By means of an online questionnaire, the authors surveyed voluntary football referees in Germany (n = 4541). Regression analysis reveals the motive of self-orientation, respect shown by athletes, coaches, and spectators towards referees, compatibility of refereeing with one’s occupational and private life, perceived organisational support, and referees’ satisfaction to predict referees’ positive intention to continue with their activity. Simultaneously, experiences of offences during refereeing negatively influence this intention, and younger referees show higher intentions to continue their activity than do older referees. Because volunteer recruitment and retention are expensive, the findings of this study facilitate the improvement of effective retention strategies for the federations responsible for referees.  相似文献
